In our private Yoga Shala we will move through yoga classes that are sequenced with a focus on breath and the subtle body, allowing you to move from head to heart.
*Please note Vinyasa classes are tailored to those participating in class with modifications provided (these classes are slow and soulful)

Embodiment & Self-expression - Led by Carla de Kretser

The process of embodiment is a being and awareness process, rather than a doing and thinking process. Inwardly open your eyes into your limitless spirit.
Our practice will include guided energy inspired movement, embodied exploration and is a space to invite curiosity.
There is no right or wrong and this workshop is tailored for beginners to embodiment practices. No experience is necessary.

I accept all terms and conditions by METTA RISING and acknowledge that I am participating in the retreat offered by METTA RISING, Ignite Your Spark Retreat located in Tootgarook, Mornington Peninsula May 1 - 4 2026 During this period I will receive information and instruction in Yoga, Meditation, Embodiment, Nervous System regulation practices and Sound Healing Meditation, and bushwalking on uneven terrain. I recognise that these activities require some physical exertion. I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved and take full responsibility for myself during all activities, meals and free time. I understand that Metta Rising, Carla de Kretser and any staff will take care, but shall not be held liable for any injuries incurred during the retreat. In consideration of being permitted to participate at Metta Rising's retreat, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of my participation. This includes any travel and any or all activities with METTA RISING, Carla de Kretser and staff, or as an individual at the accommodation and facilities provided. I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. I acknowledge that I have had ample opportunity before signing this form to get independent legal advice.
