Universal Life Force Energy and a holistic energy healing art founded in Japan by Buddhist monk, Mikao Usui in the late 19th Century. Sessions can range from 15min - 2hours allowing blocks in the energy body to be released.

Yes, there are many variations we can combine to craft the ultimate experience for your team and workplace.
Do we need to BYO yoga mats?
I am able to provide 10 yoga mats. Any additional and those participating will need to BYO.
What are the most popular workplace classes you offer?
Our most popular has been vinyasa yoga. Please note that we tailor classes to ensure all those joining are involved with modifications provided throughout. Our classes are for everybody!
What are the most popular times to run a class?
Lunch time classes have been the most requested. This gives everyone a chance to break in the middle of the day and return to the second half with renewed energy and vibrance.
