Mellow Flow, Yin, Crystal bowl sound bath

Indulge in R&R. Arrive for a sip of tea or yummy heart opening cacao, ease your body into a Mellow flow, settle your soul into Restorative Yin, followed by sounds of heaven with a Crystal Bowl Sound Bath.

This is the class for you to let go of doing and land in being, feeling the rhythm and complete rest.

This is a practice for everyone, beginner friendly. Spaces are limited - Pre-booking is essential no walk ins. :)
