Rooted in a trauma-informed approach, I offer spaces that support emotional safety, nervous system regulation, and meaningful self-inquiry. Whether you're moving through a life transition, navigating anxiety, or simply craving deeper connection, I’m here to guide you with compassion and care.
With over two decades of personal practice and 400+ hours of Yoga Teacher Training in Tantric Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, my teaching draws from subtle energetics, embodied sequencing, and lived experience. My intention is not just to guide movement, but to create experiences that invite you back to your truth, and your heart.
Alongside yoga, I’m completing my Diploma in Holistic counselling, deepening the ways I support others to explore the mind-body connection. My offerings now include yoga retreats, reiki, corporate and private sessions, and an evolving library of meditations and soulful movement to help you come home to yourself.
My journey with yoga began as a teenager, practicing alongside my mother in Melbourne studios. Coming from a background in dance and movement, yoga became more than a practice, it was a way to feel fully alive, to soften the mind’s grip, and connect deeply with myself. This is the feeling I hope to share with you.
In 2019, my healing journey with anxiety opened a deeper path of self-inquiry, leading me to explore the mind-body connection and the power of consistent inner work. This inspired my training in holistic counselling and my passion for helping others navigate their own healing journeys.
I’m deeply grateful for the wisdom of yoga, its roots, and my teachers, and it’s my intention to continue learning, embodying, and sharing these practices with you.

At its heart, Metta is the quiet revolution of compassion. It is the soft strength that dissolves harshness. Self-compassion and compassion towards others has been a major part of my healing journey in so many ways. I believe open-hearted presence and loving kindness towards ourselves and one another is the remedy towards healing and connection. Love is the intrinsic thread that connects us all.
Rising is our constant evolution, it is our courage to begin again, and to unfurl towards the light.
I’ve been inspired by my own evolution through my yoga practice and throughout my personal growth learning from the spectrum of what it is to experience everything being a human.
Special mention to my nephew Hudson, who is the biggest light in my life. He once told me to name my business “love”, it stayed with me, and now lives here.
