Do students need their own yoga mats?
Students or staff will need yoga mats. We can supply up to 10 of our own.

Can sessions be run during school hours or after school?
Yes, sessions can be run pre, during or post school hours.

What if some students have never tried yoga before?
Classes are tailored to the students levels and modifications are always provided. These are super fun, engaging sessions that are beginner friendly.

Are you insured and do you have a Working With Children Check?
Yes and Yes! We hold insurance and a current Working with Children’s Check.
