your retreat experience

Sri Lanka holds a deep tradition of healing. Meditation, mindful living, rich cuisine with influences from Buddhist philosophy and Ayurveda that beautifully align with the essence of yoga. There’s a quiet, grounding energy here that supports rest, inner clarity, and meaningful transformation.

Along with family roots coming from Sri Lanka. Dad telling many stories of his joyous life in Sri Lanka when he was young. My own journey with Sri Lanka began years ago on a solo trip that changed the way I related to myself. Practising yoga, living simply, and being immersed in nature planted a seed, a knowing that one day I would return to guide others here.
