retreat to deeply unravel and rest

Do you notice how when you step away from the noise of modern life and into the natural world, something shifts. I love going out into nature, taking a drive up to Red Hill on the Mornington Peninsula, bush walks in Kinglake or walking along the coast and feeling that heart opening.
Your shoulders soften. Your breath slows.
You begin to remember who you are, beneath the busy.

My retreats are held in breath taking, nature-rich settings where the earth does half the work for you. From mindful walking, to art therapy and yoga, overlooking the country side, nature becomes your sanctuary.

We begin our days surrounded by the natural world, inviting you into presence with the sound of birds, peaceful misty sky, and sea or country side.  It’s simple, but it’s a powerful nervous system reset.

Stillness isn’t just quiet, it’s a container for clarity, healing, and truth.
My intention is to create intentional spaces for stillness and space throughout each retreat:

  • Peaceful mornings until breakfast, to honour your inner rhythm

  • Meditation and Pranayama breathwork where every session allows you to explore your inner world deeper

  • Guided journaling prompts to gently explore what’s stirring within

  • Body scans and deep sound bath meditations to soothe and restore

  • Yoga, Art Therapy, Embodiment to feel deeply into your unique and beautiful body

These gentle practices allow you to hear what’s underneath the noise, often, parts of yourself, desires or needs wishing to be acknowledged.

Movement on our retreats is about embodiment and your own unique expression.
Though breath led vinyasa, yin, somatic awareness to ground into your body, and embodied flow sessions that are never about getting it “right” and always about getting real. Some days that’s fluid and expressive, other days, soft and still.  You do you is always my motto.

These sessions are an invitation to feel it all, physically, emotionally, energetically.

Healing doesn’t always happen in words, it can happen through realisation or an energy release, and that’s where art therapy, creative practices, movement and nature come in.

Mindfulness is the golden thread that runs through every moment of my retreats. From the way we begin each morning to the way we eat, move, and connect, you’re gently invited to drop into the now.

Is It Time for a Retreat?

If you’ve been feeling:

  • Emotionally or physically burnt out

  • Disconnected from your body, creativity, or voice

  • Craving meaningful connection, with yourself or others

  • Ready to heal, shift, or reconnect with your intuition

  • Or you don’t quite know why, but something in you is gently nudging you  “I need this…”

Then perhaps this is your moment.

I hold soulful, small-group retreats in stunning natural locations for those ready to reconnect through yoga, mindfulness, stillness, embodiment and creativity.
Next retreat is in August 3 nights, 4 days (1-4August)
No experience necessary this is for you, to enjoy rest, relaxation, exploration of healing practices and connection yourself and with new friends.
